hey, try ctr + F5 if u're using firefox. It worked for me when i had prob with blogger too

Yea, I tried using Ctrl+F5 but still cannot upload photos.Anyway, I finally manage to solve it using IE by typing in the proxy configuration manually.Damn SingNet man.
