I'm having a salary adjustment effective 1st July!!!!!!
So the pay hike rumors were true after all!!!!
If they raise the starting pay to 2.4/2.5k, I would be getting 2.9/3k in only my 2nd yr of work!!!!

Plus plus plus, in Jul, I get
1. Pay hike
2. Promotion increment of $500 (A1 to A2)
3. Bonus (Rumor says 2 mths.)

Urg, I got my promotion letter yesterday.
The bonus apparently is about 1.68 mths, but pro-rated. And since I was the last batch to start in Aug06, i got like $665 less than the first batch loh.
Urg.......
